Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3–4 years field experience engaging HCPs and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of Indonesian hospital environment and hospital channels.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; good English.

Responsibilities

• Lead area sales organization and achieve area KPIs.
• Coach and develop 6–10 Medical Representatives.
• Plan territory deployment and call plans with field teams.
• Ensure compliance with Sales Stewardship and company policies.
• Translate insights into area actions with Brand Operations and MTA.
