Job summary

Grab is seeking an Associate, Commercial Enabler & Expansion to lead a dual role spanning Sales Enablement and Central Expansion Architecture. You’ll refine regional campaigns, enforce pricing SLAs, model market expansion, and drive field agent recruitment beyond main hubs.

This on-site Jakarta role offers high-visibility to sales strategy leadership. You will collaborate with Head Office and ASMs to align strategies, measure performance, and scale GrabKios’ footprint across expansion cities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial enablement, operations, or analytics in tech/telecom sectors.
• Proven ability to translate field data into scalable sales enablement strategies.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize performance data with field insights to optimize campaigns and enforce pricing SLAs.
• Conduct market sizing for expansion and design scalable incentive frameworks.
• Coordinate with ASM teams and oversee field agent recruitment and supervision.
• Manage CBT expansion projects and extend coverage beyond core hubs.
• Develop dashboards to track pipeline health, productivity, and ROI.
