Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Indonesia seeks a Sales Supervisor to drive area targets through a field-based role. You will lead four Sales Promoter Leaders and about 80 promoters, ensuring daily merchant visits and effective in-store promotions.

You will monitor activities, train field teams, and report billing data to ensure program targets are met. Applicants should have a Diploma and at least 2 years in sales, preferably in financial services, with strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree required.
• At least 2 years of related field experience.
• Preferably staff specialized in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the defined area.
• Daily visits to merchants.
• Ensure programs in the area meet sales targets.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Coordinate with partner teams for sales and field issue information.
• Manage around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and about 80 promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions.
• Monitor first billing data by promoters and merchants.
