Job summary

Cermati is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Palu to lead partner sales initiatives within the electronics and smartphone retail network. You will drive targets, coordinate with partner teams, and ensure programs run smoothly at field sites.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 1+ year supervisory experience in retail, a strong local network, and the ability to travel frequently while maintaining excellent relationships with client sales teams.

Qualifications

• Highly mobile and able to travel within area.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with client sales force.

Responsibilities

• Achieve partner sales targets in the assigned area.
• Make 5 POS visits daily.
• Ensure program runs in area and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations to obtain sales, competitor, and field data.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conduct field team training with partners (offline/online).

Job Description

• Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area
• Make 5 POS visits every day
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)

Qualifications

• Have a minimumbachelor'sdegree in any major or at least have a minimum of 1 years experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
• Has a strong network in the retail industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with a high degree of mobility
• Able to maintain a good relationship with the sales force of the client
