Blibli in Indonesia is seeking a regional sales leader to drive growth, expand the customer base, and guide the regional sales team to meet targets across Surabaya, Makassar, or Jakarta.

You will develop strategic plans, build strong customer relationships, monitor market trends, and recruit and coach sales talent to sustain performance. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales leadership experience are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience with proven regional leadership.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Placement can be Surabaya, Makassar, or Jakarta.
