Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics, consumer goods or other retail industry, with a track record of exceeding target.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Thorough understanding of the greater South Sumatra areas including competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance the brand's visibility and thought leadership.
