Job summary

A Branch Manager in Jakarta Pusat is sought to communicate company targets to the regional branches and allocate resources according to potential. You will ensure Branch Managers understand and implement all processes to achieve the targets.

You will be responsible for the performance of Branch Managers and for attaining monthly targets with Distributors and the Principal, for smooth relationships between branches and the Principal, plus monitoring Service Level across the region and developing

• Monitor Service Level Branches within its region
• Responsible for the development of potentials and businesses in their respective regions
• Responsible for Achievement of Behavior KPI, KPI Revenue, KPI Collection and KPI Service Level
