Job summary

PayJoy, Inc is seeking a Sales Representative to drive originations with retail, distributor, and network partners across the Indonesian market. You will build strong partner relationships through field visits, training, and implementation of incentive campaigns to exceed sales objectives.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and leverage PayJoy’s product and commercial expertise to accelerate growth in the local market. This is a hands-on role with significant field activity.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with 1–2 years track record of closing, nurturing, and growing smartphone retailers, distributors, and mobile network operators in financing.
• Must have a means of personal transportation - preferably a motorcycle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable using Google Suite, CRM (Zoho & Zendesk), and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans, forecasts, and goals to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in the region.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with merchant partners to drive growth in distribution.
• Ensure prior month sellers remain active in current month.
• Maintain healthy accounts and assist conversion to end customers on PayJoy platform.
• Visit stores to promote marketing materials and activate incentive campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
