Zusammenfassung

PayJoy, a Public Benefit Corporation, is expanding its Business Development team in Jakarta and seeking a results-driven BD Representative. You will drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and nurture relationships with merchants and strategic partners to grow the customer base.

You will report to the Business Development Lead, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and travel to field locations as needed, with on-site work in Jakarta.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 5+ years in business development/partnerships/sales in financial services/retail.
• Strong English and Indonesian, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite, CRM tools (Zoho, Zendesk), Slack, data analytics, and project management tools (Hex, Jira).
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta and travel to field locations.

Aufgaben

• Merchant Acquisition & Market Expansion: identify, prospect, and onboard new local merchants and partners; own end-to-end pipeline.
• Partnership & Key Account Management: be the main contact for merchants; manage escalations and drive joint plans.
• Business Growth & Cross-Functional Collaboration: develop GTM strategies; collaborate with Marketing and Operations for campaigns and activations.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide actionable insights.
