PayJoy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Maluku to lead a regional sales team and expand our distribution network. You will build strategic plans, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with partners to drive revenue growth.

Fluency in English and Indonesian, 12+ years in financing sales, and strong leadership are required. The role includes managing CRM tools, reporting to executives, and delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years closing and growing smartphone retailers and mobile network operators in financing.
• Experience leading a sales team and reporting to the executive team with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficient with Google Suite, CRM tools (Zoho, Zendesk), Slack, data analytics, Hex and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the region.
• Strengthen relationships with commercial partners to grow the distribution network.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Support sales activities to optimize customer satisfaction and grow the customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Generate sales reports and track KPIs to meet company goals.
