RGE is seeking a Regional Sales Leader in Surabaya to manage end-to-end daily sales operations across General Trade and Modern Trade. You will coordinate with distributors and internal teams to hit annual targets while maintaining profitable growth in Indonesia.

You will lead a regional sales team, develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends. Strong English, leadership, and FMCG experience are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years in FMCG/MNC with distributor management in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Sales & Distribution: responsible for total sales performance and all KPIs in (General Trade, Modern Trade) for all appointed Distributors and Sales Representatives.
• Consolidate and review monthly sales results and initiate appropriate action steps, promotion plans, and activation plans to deliver targets.
• Builds and maintains strong relationship with distributors, customers; and ensure strong communications and alignment towards long term profitable growth.
• Performs negotiations on contract and conditions with identified Distributors as well as Local Key Accounts, MTI, Pharmacies and Moms and Baby Shops within the level of authority given.
• Oversees sales forecast to meet annual budget; and financial forecast requirements as well as taking responsibility for related budget.
• Monitors competitor marketing efforts and industry trends to take appropriate pre-emptive and responsive action.
• Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Builds & maintains strong relationship and collaborations amongs departments in Indonesia, such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance; as well as regional office support team (i.e.: Marketing, Product Supply, HR).
