PT Bhineka Inovasi Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across HORECA, General Trade, and Modern Trade in Surabaya, Gresik, and Sidoarjo. You will lead a sales team, expand distribution, and build strong customer networks to achieve targets.

You will analyze market trends, forecast sales, and collaborate with distribution and operations to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and profitable outcomes. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in F&B or FMCG.
• Proven experience with HORECA, GT/Traditional, and MT channels.
• Past role as Branch Manager or similar leading 10+ sales staff.
• Strong knowledge of Surabaya, Gresik, and Sidoarjo markets.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and growing market coverage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experienced in sales reporting.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across HORECA, GT, and MT channels.
• Manage and expand customer networks, including gallon water agents, traditional outlets, hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
• Drive market penetration and distribution growth across Surabaya, Gresik, and Sidoarjo.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales forecasts, analyze reports, and implement action plans to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with distribution and operations to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and trade programs to increase volume and market share.
