Job summary

PT. Mulia Boga Raya Tbk - Prochiz is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to head the end-to-end sales function in Indonesia. You will supervise regional and multi-area teams, ensure target achievement, and drive distribution growth across the market.

The role requires deep knowledge of General Trade and Modern Trade channels, strong leadership and strategic thinking, willingness to travel extensively, and placement at the Head Office in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 10+ years in Sales, preferably FMCG.
• 5+ years in managerial or leadership roles.
• Strong track record in target achievement and distributor management.
• Experience with General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office in Jakarta.

• Strong understanding of General Trade, Modern Trade, and/or other FMCG channels.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in developing and improving sales team capabilities.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Jakarta.
