Job summary

RGE seeks an experienced Manager, Area Sales to oversee end-to-end daily sales operations with distribution in the Surabaya area. You will develop and control all sales activities to meet growth and profitability targets, negotiating contracts with distributors and key accounts.

You will lead regional sales efforts, collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance, and drive e-commerce initiatives when applicable. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline from a reputable University.
• Experience in FMCG sales & distributions, Trade Marketing activities.
• Experience in understanding and managing Business Unit Profit & Loss.
• Ability to liaise with multiple parties such as senior stakeholders, distributors & associates.
• Experience Regional Sales Head; with keen interest in general management & good business acumen.
• Experience in managing e-commerce sales is an advantage.
• Strong leadership traits and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, and strong in people development.
• Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to communicate well with regional and global counterparts.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end daily sales operations with distribution in the appointed area for GT business.
• Develop and control all sales activities to achieve targets for growth and profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with distributors and key accounts; MTI, Pharmacies, and Moms/ Baby Shops.
• Oversee sales forecast to meet annual budget and related budgets; monitor market trends.

The incumbent needs to manage end-to-end daily sales operation with distribution in the are appointed area for GT business.
