Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales initiatives across wholesalers and retailers in the Surabaya region. The role focuses on shaping annual marketing plans, driving promotions, and meeting regional sales targets through strategic leadership and market insights.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in a regional management role within FMCG or related industries, with strong analytical and leadership skills to guide large teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelors degree in business management, marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Regional Manager role within the FMCG, tobacco, or other related industries
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong Leadership to lead large team.

Responsibilities

• To achieve marketing and promotion plan for wholesalers and retailers and evaluate to plan the correction plan.
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans based on information gathered by conducting comprehensive industry and market trends analysis.
• Identifying market conditions and establishing strategies based on analysis of sales data.
• To achieve sales goals, implements sales programs, for wholesalers and retailers and in accordance with the plan, assigns and evaluates business goals to all Sales Leaders.
• Establishing sales target of each region belonging to the division by forecasting annual sales quotas and establish and adjust strategy by monitoring costs, competition, market demand, changing trends, and economic indicators.
• Develop and implement effective sales promotion methods based on competitive sales activity and market conditions.
• Monitoring competitors products, including sales and field activity.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long term customer relationships with wholesalers and retail stores within the territory.
• Deal with customer needs, complaints, issues and solving well.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry and be informed on relevant markets
