Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to coordinate regional agents and drive sales performance from Balikpapan and across Indonesia. You will support regional operations, track targets, and lead a sales team to meet objectives in a dynamic consumer electronics market.

The role requires experience with distributors/agents, the ability to manage large teams, and strong English communication. Nationwide relocation is possible, with base location negotiable.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales of consumer electronics (mobile, wearables, accessories, home appliances) or FMCG is acceptable.
• Experience managing sales across multiple provinces is preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with distributors/agents.
• Proven team leadership experience (30+ team members preferred).
• Fluent English for daily work communication.

1. Liaise with regional agents and be responsible for daily SI & ST management of agents.
2. Assist Regional Manager in daily operation management.
3. Support on team management, including tracking regional business target progress and individual performance of team members.
4. Assist in regional business management and implement regional grid-based operation.

Job Requirements

1. Sales experience in 3C electronics (mobile, tablet, wearables, accessories, PC) or home appliances; FMCG background is also acceptable.
2. Experience in offline regional sales management. Candidates who managed sales across one or multiple provinces are preferred.
3. Hands-on experience working with distributors/agents.
4. 3-10 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less than 3 years but outstanding comprehensive competency may also be considered.
5. Team management experience; experience leading teams over 30 members is preferred.
6. Fluent English for daily work communication.
7. Accept nationwide job relocation; base location can be negotiated.
