Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a high-impact Territory Manager to lead sales networks across Kalimantan's markets. You will guide agents and team leaders to exceed targets while shaping regional growth and partnership initiatives.

Based in Kalimantan, you will be willing to be placed in Balikpapan and maintain high mobility to cover Banjarmasin and surrounding areas, driving performance through strategic planning and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferred from Multi finance, Mobile phone, Electronic or Banking Sector)
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
• Proven leadership by leading min. 200 - 500 team members
• Strong market understanding in specific area
• Strong partnership and leadership skill
• Willing to work at Banjarmasin with high mobility within the city

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales network team including agents and team leaders to achieve the best target
