Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a Regional Retail Manager for the Sumatra region to lead offline sales and retail operations. You will develop standardized rollout plans for core pillars, monitor KPI alignment, and drive store productivity for premium products at key outlets.

In this role, you will manage field teams, coordinate with distributors and agents, and ensure nationwide relocation readiness. Fluent English and 3–10 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Description du poste

Oversee all retail operations across the entire Sumatra region:

• Develop standardized implementation plans for the five core retail pillars (people, product, place, promotion and training) in alignment with corporate retail KPI metrics.
• Establish and maintain the regional retail database, track the progress of retail initiatives, and take accountability for regional retail target achievement.
• Drive productivity and store sales growth of premium products at key regional stores including KA outlets.
• Support Regional Managers and City Managers in managing field teams, including trainers, visual merchandisers, sales executives and promoters.

Job Requirements

• Sales experience in 3C electronics (mobile, tablet, wearables, accessories, PC) or home appliances; FMCG background is also acceptable.
• Experience in offline regional sales management. Candidates who managed sales across one or multiple provinces are preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with distributors/agents.
• 3–10 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less than 3 years but outstanding comprehensive competency may also be considered.
• Team management experience; experience leading teams over 30 members is preferred.
• Fluent English for daily work communication.
• Accept nationwide job relocation; base location can be negotiated.
