Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a seasoned regional sales professional to liaise with agents across the country and drive daily sales operations. You will support the Regional Manager in managing day-to-day activities and coordinate with distributors to hit regional targets.

The role requires 3–10 years in sales, experience leading teams, and fluent English. Willingness to relocate nationwide; base location negotiable.

Job Requirements

• Sales experience in 3C electronics (mobile, tablet, wearables, accessories, PC) or home appliances; FMCG background is also acceptable.
• Experience in offline regional sales management. Candidates who managed sales across one or multiple provinces are preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with distributors/agents.
• 3-10 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less than 3 years but outstanding comprehensive competency may also be considered.
• Team management experience; experience leading teams over 30 members is preferred.
• Fluent English for daily work communication.
• Accept nationwide job relocation; base location can be negotiated.
