Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Area General Manager to lead Dreamland Resort, Bali, and oversee regional resort operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize financial performance, and ensure adherence to brand standards across multiple departments.

The role requires proven senior leadership in hospitality, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. You will partner with sales, marketing, and finance to maximize occupancy and revenue while upholding

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in hospitality, hotels, or resort operations.
Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
Experience overseeing multiple departments or properties.
Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, maintenance, and F&B.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of Dreamland Resort and regional properties.
Drive guest satisfaction, owner engagement, and service excellence.
Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and develop departmental leaders and resort teams.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop relationships with owners, guests, vendors, and partners.
Conduct property inspections to maintain brand and standards.
Support sales, marketing, and yield management to maximize occupancy.
Partner with Finance for accurate reporting and month-end processes.
Represent the company in stakeholder meetings where applicable.
