Job summary

PT Cahaya Research Indonesia seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead hospitality and lifestyle operations in Bali, delivering exceptional guest experiences while aligning with international brand standards.

You will oversee daily resort operations, drive commercial performance, foster a strong lifestyle community, and manage high-impact teams with a focus on governance, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in hospitality, co-living, or related service businesses.
• 5+ years in team leadership/people-management.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic vision and governance aligned with international standards.
• Manage P&L, optimize revenue streams, control costs, and lead partnerships.
• Ensure seamless daily operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Develop community and lifestyle programs and safeguard brand reputation.
• Lead, motivate, and coach an accountable team.
• Produce periodic business performance reports and support new projects.
