A renowned Premium Co-Living & Lifestyle Resort with an international brand presence in Bali is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to lead their hospitality and lifestyle operations. You will oversee daily resort operations, drive commercial performance, foster a strong lifestyle community, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with international brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Direct strategic vision and ensure robust business governance aligned with international standards

Manage P&L, optimize revenue streams, control operational costs, and lead commercial partnerships

Ensure seamless daily operations, strict adherence to SOPs, and compliance with local safety and regulatory standards

Develop community and lifestyle programs, wellness offerings, and safeguard online/offline brand reputation

Lead, motivate, and coach an accountable team to achieve peak performance

Produce periodic business performance reports and support new project development/expansion

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher; a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, co-living, co-working, accommodation, lifestyle, or related service businesses

At least 5 years of team leadership/people-management experience, with a demonstrated ability to delegate, coach, and build accountable teams

Proven experience in budgeting, revenue management, cost control, operational planning, and performance reporting

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to work with international guests, partners, and stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools

Strong guest-service mindset with the ability to balance guest autonomy with responsive hospitality
