Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner Intern to support the RPP team with sourcing and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will help build talent pipelines, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and managers, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and people operations.

The role emphasizes learning about interview planning, candidate sourcing channels, and collaborating across HR functions while developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and processes is preferred.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus.
• Strong interest in People Partner or HR Operations careers.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the RPP team to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadow recruitment screens and intake meetings to learn planning and best practices.
• Manage job postings in the ATS and on career platforms.
• Support recruitment processes by handling administrative tasks, including background and reference checks.
