Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner to drive high-volume recruitment for Business Partners across Bali Nusra. You will collaborate with branch leaders to align staffing with business needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations while supporting employee relations.

The role requires hands-on HR experience in regional recruitment, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across high-mobility Bali Nusra areas to staff field positions.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role.
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Bali Nusra.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
