Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner (HR) to support branch operations across Central Sulawesi. You will lead high‑volume recruitment for field-based Business Partners, collaborate with branch leaders on staffing needs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while driving People & Culture initiatives.

The role requires hands-on recruitment leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple districts with high mobility.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role.
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Willing to working with high mobility to Central Sulawesi areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Central Sulawesi.
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
