Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Java.
• Build talent pipelines via portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to meet hiring targets and workforce needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Drive people-related initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
