Job summary

Amartha, an Indonesian fintech, seeks a Regional People Partner (HR) to support branch operations across Java and drive high-volume recruitment for Business Partners (field staff). You will build talent pipelines and coordinate with regional and branch leaders to meet hiring targets.

You will also handle employee administration, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support People & Culture initiatives in a fast-paced, field-facing environment. Mobility to Java is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Regional HR or similar role.
• Experience with full-cycle mass recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Willing to relocate/mobility to Java areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Java.
• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (portals, referrals, job fairs, community outreach).
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and hiring targets.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
