Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a hands-on People Operations leader for our Distribution Center network across Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. You will own end-to-end HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and workplace relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law.

This role requires 3–4 years of HR experience in logistics or manufacturing, strong HRIS proficiency, and willingness to travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–4 years HR experience; at least 3 years as People Operations / HR Generalist / HR Site.
• Experience in distribution center, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in industrial relations and employee termination processes.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Willing to travel 30–50% across Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Fulfillment — end-to-end hiring; build talent pipelines via Disnaker, campuses, and job fairs.
• HRIS & Employment Lifecycle — manage contracts, mutations, terminations, payroll coordination, data accuracy.
• Industrial & Employee Relations — resolve disciplinary cases and labor disputes; act as PIC for internal events.
• SHE Management — oversee SHE programs across DC sites; coordinate actions and safety culture.
• Stakeholder & CSR — liaise with Disnaker, labor unions, and local government; execute CSR programs.
• HR Admin Coordination — prepare headcount, turnover, and recruitment reports for management.
