Job summary

DHC Partners is seeking a Head of Human Capital Management for site-based operations in Indonesia. You will define and execute all HC strategies, systems, and programs to align with business objectives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities cover HR policies, compensation & benefits, talent management, recruitment, payroll, expatriate affairs, organizational development, employee relations, and engagement, with leadership of the HR team and budget oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 20 years of experience in HR, with 7–10 years in senior or head-level roles.
Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, and expatriate employment management.
Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent Management, and OD frameworks.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; data-driven HR decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.
Monitor and report on human capital initiatives to ensure smooth program execution.
Develop and lead initiatives that foster a performance-oriented culture emphasizing empowerment, productivity, and goal achievement.
Manage the HR team, including supervision, training, and development of staff.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for HR services, employee recognition, and administration.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead annual business planning for HR operations (headcount, Opex, Capex), monitor expenditure, and identify efficiency improvements.
