Job summary

Dow is seeking a Marketing Specialist within Packaging & Specialty Plastics to generate leads and grow high-value segments across Southeast Asia, including Jakarta. You will build strong relationships across the packaging value chain and collaborate with the regional commercial team to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of client needs and relevant marketing technologies.
• Knowledge of Dow’s capabilities to advise on integrated marketing tactics.
• Experience with customer relationship management and market research.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads to achieve long-term plans for the Sub-Region and grow high-value segments.
• Conduct customer seminars and events, and develop marketing plans and execution strategies.
• Be the go-to global expert in at least one marketing enabler (CRM, knowledge management, research techniques).
• Own the knowledge base for the designated enabler and guide clients in deploying integrated marketing tactics.
• Support market intelligence, primary/secondary research, data management, and campaign management.
