Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to oversee budget formulation, financial analysis, and performance monitoring for regional operations in Indonesia. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, driving cost efficiency and strategic financial decision-making across multiple business units.

The role requires leading a small finance team, delivering regular management reports, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or related industries preferred.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
Experience with ERP and financial reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget formulation for regional operations and monitor execution.
Analyze financial performance, cost drivers, and variances to identify improvements.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior leadership.
Support Sales/Marketing with financial analysis of promotions and expenses.
Mentor and develop a small finance and accounting team.
