MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budgeting and planning for Indonesia's regional operations, collaborating across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing and Operations. The role supervises a small team and reports to regional leadership.

You will partner with factory teams to monitor costs, analyze variances, and provide insights that drive ROI for promotional activities and trade spend, aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis or FP&A.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting for regional operations and monitor variances.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for regional operations.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Evaluate ROI of marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Coach and mentor finance staff across regions.
