Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager - Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead regional budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring for Indonesia operations and regional business units.

You will guide budget formulation, track execution, identify cost savings, prepare management reports, and provide decision support to Sales, Marketing, and factory teams, while mentoring a small finance group and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field.
• At least 5 years in Financial Analysis or FP&A roles.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership capacity.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting for regional operations and monitor execution.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify improvements.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing activities.
• Mentor and develop a small finance team; collaborate cross-functionally.
