Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager - Financial Analysis & FP&A in Indonesia to lead budget formulation and execution across regional operations, bridging operational data with corporate targets. You will supervise a small team of finance professionals, provide financial support to Sales and Marketing, analyze cost drivers, and deliver management reports for senior leadership.

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams to drive cost savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership capacity.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets for regional operations and monitor variances.
• Provide financial analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Support Sales/Marketing with expense monitoring and ROI evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff and ensure timely insights.
