Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget formulation and financial analysis across regional operations in Indonesia. You will bridge operational data with corporate objectives and deliver management reports to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams, supervise a small team, and drive cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiency while ensuring alignment with overall business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in finance.
Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Consumer Goods preferred.
Strong Excel and financial analysis tools experience.
Experience with ERP and financial reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead budget formulation and annual budget monitoring for regional operations.
Monitor budget utilization and variances between actuals and budgets.
Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
Prepare management reports, analysis packages, and dashboards for senior management.
Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing expenses and ROI.
Mentor and develop a small team of finance staff.
