MatchaTalent is assisting a multinational FMCG company in Indonesia to recruit a Head of FP&A. This senior role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data consolidation across Indonesian operations, delivering insights to senior leadership for cost optimization, capital investment, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• 8–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting, or management reporting experience.
• Strong FP&A background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across multiple units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision making.
• Consolidate financial data across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor variances, OpEx/CapEx, material costs, logistics, and other major cost drivers.
• Provide cost-control recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional/global units and HQ to ensure consistency in reporting.
