Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager - Financial Analysis & FP&A in Indonesia. The role leads budget formulation, execution monitoring, and regional financial analysis to support leadership decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and manufacturing teams and supervise a small finance group.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis with FP&A, strong Excel skills, and English fluency to engage with regional executives. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/lead role in finance.
• Experience in FMCG/consumer goods or manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English; able to work with Chinese-speaking executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets formulation and execution monitoring for regional operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and variances between actuals and budgets.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare regular management reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing through expense analysis and ROI evaluation.
• Mentor and develop finance staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Coordinate with senior management to align regional objectives with corporate strategy.
