Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A for our client in Indonesia. The role leads budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial analysis across regional operations, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations and factory teams.

You will supervise a small team, provide decision support for cost control and ROI assessments, and deliver management reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting for regional operations and monitor execution.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets; identify cost drivers.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
