Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager - Financial Analysis & FP&A for a leading multinational FMCG client in Indonesia, with Jakarta or Surabaya locations.

The role leads budget formulation, financial analysis, and management reporting across regional operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and factory teams to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years FP&A leadership, strong Excel/ERP skills, and fluent English, ready for on-site work in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Financial Analysis/FP&A or related field.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost controls, and management reporting skills.
• Experience supporting Sales/Marketing through financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget formulation and monitoring for regional operations.
• Monitor variances between actuals and budgets.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide finance support for Sales and Marketing activities and ROI assessments.
• Mentor and develop a small team of finance staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional objectives.
