Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of FP&A for our client, a multinational FMCG leader with Indonesian operations. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in FP&A, advanced financial modeling, and strong leadership. Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration. This senior position reports to corporate finance and partners with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
• 8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong Excel modeling and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle).
• Leadership experience managing FP&A teams.
• Business English fluency; Mandarin preferred for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate data across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and channels into reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor OpEx, CapEx, and material costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insights for cost optimization and capital investments.
• Mentor FP&A team including Supervisor and Staff members.
• Ensure data verification and governance in FP&A processes.
