Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead regional budget formulation, monitoring, and financial analytics. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams to drive cost efficiency and performance.

You will mentor a small finance team and ensure accurate management reporting across Indonesia. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A experience in FMCG or manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Retail preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, review, and execution monitoring of annual budgets for regional operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and variances against approved budgets.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards for executives.
• Track KPIs to support business performance evaluation across regions.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations and factory teams.
