Job summary

Ruangguru, an edtech leader in Indonesia, seeks a Regional Operations Leader to coordinate multiple branches across the assigned regional area and ensure smooth branch operations and academic processes. You will drive branch initiatives, promotions, and events to boost student engagement and enrollment, manage PnL, and optimize revenue while maintaining high service quality and lasting customer loyalty.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, proven leadership in Sales/Marketing or Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or startup is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
