Job summary

Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd is expanding in Indonesia and seeks a proactive Business Development Manager (Water & Environmental Solutions) to drive regional growth. You will build relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or related field) and 5+ years in BD, technical sales, or project sales in industrial or water-related projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, technical sales, or project sales.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers.
• Manage the project pipeline and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and support tender submissions.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
