• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical) or Business Administration.
• Proven quota attainment in a consultative, technically complex sales environment.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth and achieve/exceed quota.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Build relationships with distributors, dealers, channel partners, EPC/System Integrators and industrial end-users.
• Partner with Product Management and Applications Engineering on customer requirements.
• Acquire new customers and cultivate strategic partner relationships.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and KPIs.
• Influence process engineers, procurement leaders and executives with clear technical value selling.
• Plan and coordinate participation at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits.

In this role, you'll develop and execute targeted regional sales strategies, build a high-performing channel partner ecosystem, and convert UV application requirements into compelling, tailored solutions for industrial & Residential customers. Key responsibilities
