PayJoy, Inc in Indonesia is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth, monitor performance, and partner with local smartphone OEMs to deliver commercial results.

You will lead a team, analyze data to inform strategy, and own expansion initiatives across Indonesia, blending strategy and hands-on execution in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading a team to exceed revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience building data and analytic tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Proven experience with major smartphone OEMs or retailers in Indonesia preferred.
• Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and customer relationship skills.
