Liba is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to oversee and optimize operations across multiple business units in Denpasar, Bali. This role requires strong leadership to drive efficiency, implement best practices, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in operations management, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a track record of improving processes, costs, and quality in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of ops processes, supply chain, and QA.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance management tools.

• Experience in hybrid work setups, office and remote.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
