Thamrin Group is seeking a Recruitment Jr. Manager to lead and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle across functions.

You will develop talent strategies, oversee sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding, and collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to meet manpower goals. You will manage relationships with external agencies and job platforms while driving improvements in recruitment quality, speed, and cost effectiveness.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, employer branding, and process improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and manpower fulfillment plans.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offering, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Monitor recruitment performance: time-to-fill, sources, pipeline, quality, and costs.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers, agencies, platforms, universities, and partners to strengthen pipelines.
