Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 1-2 years' experience in full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking to align processes with growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment from screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure recruitment policies and relevant regulations are followed.
• Manage candidate pipelines using the ATS.
• Prepare weekly recruitment status reports and KPIs.
• Drive recruitment productivity and candidate engagement initiatives.
