Job summary

The Ring at Badung, Bali seeks a friendly, experienced Receptionist to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide local information. You’ll be the first point of contact, upholding high service standards in a premier hospitality setting.

Requirements include 1–2 years in a receptionist role, hospitality background, fluent English, and a positive, professional demeanor. Willingness to work late shifts on weekends/holidays and to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Min 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Good communication, presentable, humble with a positive attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods; willing to work late shifts.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team at The Ring, a premier hospitality establishment in Badung, Bali. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as any related inquiries
• Providing information about the venue facilities, services and local attractions
• Handling telephone enquiries and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments
• Assisting with luggage storage, message taking and other guest requests
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

What we’re looking for

• Have experience min. 1-2 years in the same position as Receptionist.
• Prior experience in Hospitality.
• Good communication skills, presentable, good and humble personality with a positive attitude.
• Able to stand, walk and move including bending and lifting for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Willing to work late night shift on weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
