Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries' Bleu MATHIS Gili Asahan property seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and deliver warm, Indonesian hospitality. You will be the face of the guest journey, manage reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate holds at least a high school diploma, speaks Indonesian and English, and has front office or hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably with a background in hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent command of Indonesian and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Candidates with prior front office experience in hotels or resorts will be preferred.

As a Receptionist, you are the heart of our guest experience, embodying the genuine Indonesian hospitality that defines Dijiwa Sanctuaries. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets arrivals, the knowledgeable guide who shares local insights, and the efficient problem-solver who ensures every guest feels valued and cared for. You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys, and handling inquiries with grace and professionalism. Your role matters because you are often the last person our guests speak with before departing, leaving a lasting impression that brings them back to Dijiwa Sanctuaries time and time again.
